It also requested that the situations were rechecked every three hours and updated reports were sent back to ensure that no mistakes have been made.
Knowing that several Chinese citizens were hospitalized for injuries, the office organized 10 volunteers to go to the hospital and offer help.
Four female volunteers of POWERCHINA, as well as volunteers from the embassy and the Oversees Chinese Association in Sri Lanka, provided 24-hour caring services to two injured women in need.
In addition, volunteers assisted the injured Chinese citizens with their discharge procedures. Chen Lvyi even accompanied them to the airport and helped with check-in.
