POWERCHINA signed a contract on Sept 14 with OTK Royal One, a subsidiary of Royal Group in Cambodia, to build the Royal One Commercial Complex project in the capital of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Royal One Commercial Complex project is located in the center of Phnom Penh. It is a double tower structure with six floors underground and 62 floors above ground. The design height is 245 meters.
After completion, it will become a landmark building in the capital, integrating five-star hotels, high-end residences, office buildings and large shopping malls.
Since POWERCHINA entered the Cambodian engineering contracting market in 2006, it has successively signed 42 projects, with a total contract value of about $2.3 billion.

The series of major projects have made positive contributions to promoting local social and economic development and improving people's livelihoods in Cambodia.
In recent years, POWERCHINA has also been active in the Cambodian housing construction market. It has successively won bids to build a number of large-scale housing construction projects, in so doing improving the local brand influence of POWERCHINA.
