The 150-meter T3 main building of the Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC) project in Cambodia -- being built by POWERCHINA -- was capped on Sept 11, marking the point where the project is moving towards its final stages.
During the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period, all employees at the project department worked hard to overcome difficulties such as tight schedules and difficult construction tasks during Cambodia’s rainy seasons.
The POWERCHINA team optimized allocation of resources and efficiently advanced the project, winning high praise from the owner.

The project is located in Phnom Penh, adjacent to the Prime Minister's Office of the country, surrounded by financial, commercial, cultural and educational institutions.
It includes three high-rise buildings, each over 100 meters tall, and a supporting podium building, which will become a new landmark in Phnom Penh after completion.

POWERCHINA entered the Cambodian engineering contracting market in 2006 and has since won 42 project tenders.
A company spokesman said it has built a large number of major projects in the country, including the Kamchay Dam Hydropower Station, the Stung Atay Hydroelectric Power Project and the Koh Puos Cross-sea Bridge -- helping to promote Cambodia’s social and economic development.
