POWERCHINA was awarded a certificate of appreciation for excellent construction quality on Nov 28 by the governorate's department of housing and urban-rural development for building 61 model schools in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, Iraq.
The project is a key education project in Iraq and has attracted significant attention since its inception.
The 61 schools are scattered across various towns, while immature standard system and strict supervision requirements, resulting in huge challenges in terms of project construction, quality, and safety.
According to local conditions, POWERCHINA has conducted regional management of scattered schools and set up a guard room at each school.
