The China-Guinea Friendship Hospital Phase II Project located in the capital city of Guinea, Conakry, is an expansion project of the existing China-Guinea Friendship Hospital, which was built and put into operation with the assistance of China.
The hospital covers an area of 4,976.22 square meters and consists of a comprehensive medical building and a medical technology building.
The project commenced in November 2018 and started operating in November 2022.
It not only increased the scale of the China-Guinea Friendship Hospital but also further strengthened advantages in medical equipment and facility provision among public hospitals in Guinea.
The project plays a crucial role in enhancing local healthcare standards, infectious disease prevention and control capabilities, and promoting the sustainable development of the healthcare sector in Guinea.
