The main port entrance and CP13 Administrative Zone include 60 individual buildings, such as the immigration office, police station, fire department, customs building, mosques, and warehouses.
There are a total of seven pump houses for drinking water, fire-protection water, and wastewater, as well as 11 substations with a 22-kilovolt capacity. The project also encompasses 200,000 square meters of asphalt parking lots and roads, along with 119.38 kilometers of underground electrical and mechanical pipelines and 167,000 square meters of pavement and landscaping.
Work on the project commenced in December 2014 and was completed in August 2019.

In addition, the project holds significant and far-reaching implications for the development of the Qatari economy and the enhancement of Qatar's trade competitiveness with neighboring countries.
