The main structure of the hotel section of the Xinyue City Center, being built by POWERCHINA in Laos, was successfully topped out on March 30. With a height of 146 meters, it will become the tallest building in Laos.

The Xinyue City Center is located in the Bokeo Special Economic Zone of Bokeo Province, Laos, along the Mekong River. POWERCHINA is responsible for the construction of both the hotel and residential sections.

The hotel section comprises a 32-floor, 146-meter ultra-high-rise hotel with podium and basement levels, covering a total floor area of approximately 54,700 square meters. The main structure features a frame-core tube structure, combining artistic aesthetics with practicality.

After the hotel's main structure has been topped out, construction work will be continuously to finish glass curtain wall installation, mechanical and electrical installation, and interior finishing.

Two residential buildings in the center's residential section have also completed their structural topping out, and remaining two buildings are scheduled to be topped out in April.
