The successful connection to the grid lays a good foundation for the 72-hour commissioning of the project in the next step. After completion, the project will ease the pressure on thermal power supply in Dushanbe, the capital of the country, and improve its energy mix. It will also contribute to the economic growth of Dushanbe and facilitate investment and cooperation between China and Tajikistan.
