On April 11,Denis Vincent Napthine, Premier of the State of Victoria and Fan Jixiang, Chairman of Power Construction Corporation of China (POWERCHINA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on infrastructure collaboration between the south-eastern Australian state and POWERCHINA. Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott witnessed the occasion.
