The school covers an area of 2,813 square meters, including four classrooms and four practical workshops. It provides six majors: electric welding, electrician, auto repair, measurement, as well as test and civil engineering. Its classes cover theory, practice, and discussion. Since opening recruitment to the public, the school has conducted five training sessions and trained 289 students. It is now working on its sixth session.
A number of government officials, including Zambian President Edgar Lungu, Yang Youming, former Chinese ambassador to Zambia, and Li Jie, Chinese ambassador to Zambia, have visited the school and praised its training results.

In addition, the school has attracted wide attention from local mainstream media and Chinese media outlets in Africa.
