Led by POWERCHINA's 10 special-grade technicians and master craftsmen, the studios established this time are set to focus on their roles in passing on their skills, innovation and research through training and exchanges.
The studios join others established elsewhere, as a working platform for the company's special technicians to promote and apply the achievements of their technical innovation and unique skills.
To date, POWERCHINA's subsidiaries have established 57 skill master studios, including four at the national level and 32 at the provincial and ministerial levels, with over 500 studio members.
The newly established studios are expected to further improve POWERCHINA's skilled talent training system and augment the role of skill leaders.
