During the unveiling ceremony, Ruto said the 607 bid section of the rural road project will play an important role in the development of Kenya’s transport network and is a significant milestone worthy of recognition.
He expressed the hope that the project will greatly improve local transportation and drive economic development in the region.
Located in Kiambu county, the project mainly involved reconstructing the existing 90-kilometer road using asphalt and concrete, upgrading the road drainage system, and building standard culverts overa 42-month period.

At the operation ceremony for the Narok Town Sewerage project, Mr.Ruto said it is the first sewerage system that is being put into operation in Narok town. Its efficient and secure operation has helped resolve issues related to unhygienic water and the treatment of sewage in the area.
The project was praised by the local government and the community for adding jobs to the local area, boosting economic and social development, and enhancing the reputation of POWERCHINA.
