POWERCHINA's representative office in Angola received an honorary certificate from Manuel Gomes, governor of Luanda Province, Angola, on Dec 11. The certificate recognized the company's provision of high-quality public services in the areas of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of drainage systems in Luanda, as well as its outstanding contributions to promoting social stability.
