The Virgen Carmen School, built by POWERCHINA in Peru, was successfully completed and handed over on April 23. The handover ceremony was attended by local senior officials, community development committee representatives, and students and teachers from the school.

The Virgen Carmen School includes a kindergarten and primary school area, with a total construction area of approximately 3,500 square meters. The main school building consists of a concrete frame structure, characterized by high seismic resistance, a convenient layout, and an aesthetically pleasing and practical design.

The school comprises four teaching buildings, one sports field, a total of 21 classrooms, modern teaching facilities, and accompanying landscapes. It can accommodate 700 students of different age groups, effectively improving the teaching environment in the surrounding community.

The National Infrastructure Authority of Peru praised POWERCHINA for its professionalism and dedication in the project execution process. POWERCHINA will continue to actively participate in public infrastructure development in Peru and contribute to the advancement of education in Peru.
