On July 8, the Parking building of Ramathibodi hospital (Soi Suan Ngoen) Project, built by POWERCHINA in Thailand, received the provisional acceptance certificate (PAC) from the hospital's executive committee, signifying the successful completion of the project according to the contract requirements and the acknowledgment from the client.

Located in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, the project passed the project committee's inspection on Nov 9, 2023, entering the warranty phase.

From the beginning, the project applied advanced building design concepts that emphasized "green, environmentally friendly, and intelligent" principles. The main structure utilized a steel frame with beams and columns, combined with precast concrete floors. It was equipped with modern systems for power supply, fire protection, water supply and drainage, communication, and surveillance. The top-floor lighting system was entirely outfitted with eco-friendly solar street lights.

It has a total construction area of 17,388 square meters and all of its planned 670 parking spaces are equipped with smart charging piles. The project's successful completion not only marked a significant upgrade to Ramathibodi Hospital's infrastructure but also notably enhanced the quality of medical services and made life more convenient for the hospital's medical staff and patients by improving operational efficiency and the patient experience.
