The Pakistan Haveli Project, built by POWERCHINA, has been honored with the 21st Annual Environment Excellence Award (AEEA) by the National Forum for Environment & Health (NFEH) in Karachi, Pakistan.
AEEA is presented to POWERCHINA's Pakistan Haveli Project by the NFEH.
This accolade recognizes POWERCHINA's outstanding contributions to ecological construction and environmental management. It is the third consecutive year that POWERCHINA has received the AEEA since 2022.
The AEEA is presented by the NFEH, a non-governmental organization recognized by the United Nations Environment Programme. This award honors businesses and organizations that have significantly contributed to sustainable development and environmental protection in support of a "Green Pakistan".
NFEH President Naeem Qureshi praised POWERCHINA for its unwavering commitment to environmental protection and proactive approach to social responsibility, fostering harmony between man and nature. He also highlighted POWERCHINA's efforts in organizing public welfare activities and raising employee awareness of ecological conservation.
POWERCHINA will continue to uphold the philosophy of environmental protection while conducting operations, aiming to boost Pakistan’s economic development and energy transition through concrete actions.
