Representatives from the two companies sign the agreement.

POWERCHINA recently signed a contract with Vietnam's Xuan Cau Group – one of the major real estate developers in Vietnam – for a big construction project at the Xuan Cau Industrial Park in the port city of Hai Phong.

Representatives of both companies attended the signing ceremony in Hai Phong, the third-biggest metropolis in country, which is located in northeastern Vietnam.

POWERCHINA's primary responsibility will be reclamation work involving 15 million cubic meters within the Xuan Cau Industrial Park.

It marks the first infrastructure contract signed in Vietnam following the 350 megawatts Ca Mau offshore wind power plant – further establishing POWERCHINA's presence and deepening its efforts in the thriving Asia-Pacific market.

Located in Hai Phong city, the largest port and logistics center in northern Vietnam, Xuan Cau Industrial Park is Vietnam's first non-tariff industrial park. Once completed, it will be closely integrated with Haiphong's deep-water port, playing a crucial role in driving economic development in northern Vietnam and in the entire country.
