The Mauriti Photovoltaic (PV) Project in Brazil, undertaken by POWERCHINA, was recently honored with the "Occupational Health Leadership Award" by the Mauriti City Health Bureau. The award recognizes POWERCHINA's commitment to promoting occupational health and its outstanding contributions to improving local healthcare conditions and upgrading medical infrastructure.

The Mauriti City Health Bureau noted that POWERCHINA not only brings clean energy to the city, but also delivers significant health benefits to local employees and community residents. They expressed hope for the project's smooth progress and early commissioning.

During construction, the Mauriti PV Project implemented a series of effective measures to safeguard employees' occupational health. POWERCHINA established a professional occupational health team, provided comprehensive occupational health training for both local and international employees, conducted regular health check-ups for them, and offered specialized services tailored to workers in specific environments.

In addition, POWERCHINA actively worked to improve local medical infrastructure and conditions by participating in local health awareness campaigns to enhance residents' health consciousness, organizing free medical consultations for the community, and donating medical supplies to local hospitals.
