Hristijan Mickoski, Prime Minister of North Macedonia, attended the opening ceremony for the final section of the FD (Farish-Drenovo) Expressway on Jan 14, celebrating this milestone moment with all the builders.

In his speech, Mickoski highlighted that the opening of the FD Expressway's final section is inseparable from the builders' hard work and relentless efforts. He described it as a joyful addition to the New Year and a gift to the people of North Macedonia.

The FD Expressway, with a total length of 10.20 kilometers, is a vital transportation artery connecting Kavadarci and Prilep. It traverses the central and southern regions of North Macedonia and is key for coordinated development between the country's central and southwestern areas.

Once operational, the journey from Gradsko to Prilep will be significantly shortened, improving the transportation network in central and southwestern North Macedonia. The final section from Drenovo Interchange to Gradsko will greatly enhance local travel experiences and inject strong momentum into regional economic growth.
