The Kuwait T1210 Villa Project, undertaken by POWERCHINA, recently passed a three-day joint inspection and was successfully handed over.
The joint inspection was organized by the Kuwait's Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), with participation from the Kuwait Ministry of Public Works (MPW), the Kuwait Ministry of Communications (MOC), and other parties. During the inspection, the project received high praise from the owner's representative for its quality.
Funded by the Kuwait government, the project provides 597 units of welfare housing along with supporting public buildings and infrastructure services. It is a vital social welfare project for the people of Kuwait.
Since the start of the project, POWERCHINA has been actively breaking new ground and innovating by introducing Kuwait's first aluminum formwork construction. It also established a comprehensive "BIM (building information modeling) workstation" and effectively applied BIM technology in conjunction with onsite construction, improving project quality and efficiency. Additionally, the project successfully applied for six utility model patents and one invention patent, culminating in its successful completion and handover.
The project will not only provide high-quality living conditions for the people of Kuwait but also promote the prosperity and development of the Kuwaiti real estate market.
