A lit-up building of the Saudi Jafurah PKG6 Project.
The Saudi Jafurah PKG6 Project completed its electrical system commissioning and power-on testing of key buildings, including the electrical, transport, warehouse, and administration buildings. This milestone marks the full completion of the project's electrical system, laying a solid foundation for subsequent power transmission and smooth project handover.
POWERCHINA adopted an innovative "self-power + dynamic verification" approach to efficiently advance the commissioning. High-capacity temporary generator sets were carefully deployed, and technical personnel carried out standardized operations in full compliance with Saudi Aramco's technical standards and approved commissioning procedures.
During the testing phase, real-time data collection and in-depth analysis of key parameters such as current and voltage confirmed that all circuit performance indicators precisely met the standards.
The project has now entered the critical stage of final completion and handover. POWERCHINA has implemented multiple measures to ensure steady progress, including establishing a 24/7 supervision mechanism to guarantee zero delays in response to any issue; relocating key departments and meeting spaces to the on-site administration building to enable real-time coordination of personnel, drawings, and materials; and utilizing labor competition systems to boost morale and execution, ensuring immediate action and resolution of any critical issues.
Lighting systems and electrical equipment within all buildings currently operate reliably.
