Ambassador Chen highlighted the Coca Codo Sinclair Hydropower Station, financed by China and built by POWERCHINA, which supplies 30 percent of Ecuador's electricity. This facility proved crucial during last year's drought, ensuring energy security.

Minister Manzano reiterated Ecuador's commitment to energy transition, promising tangible outcomes to meet public expectations and build a prosperous nation as envisioned by President Daniel Noboa. She stressed the importance of strengthening legal frameworks and integrating private sector innovation to foster an optimal investment climate.

The forum offered fresh insights into Ecuador's energy development and fostered opportunities for collaboration between international enterprises and the local market. POWERCHINA is committed to enhancing cooperation with Ecuadorian partners to advance green energy projects, supporting Ecuador's goal of a low-carbon, efficient energy future.
