POWERCHINA's Middle East and North Africa Regional Headquarter played a significant role as a co-organizer of the event. Peng Gang, President of Powerchina MENA, attended the ceremony and presented awards to the outstanding participants.

Zhang Yiming, Chinese Ambassador to the UAE, expressed his delight at the increasing number of Emirati youths who are learning Chinese, gaining insights into China, and appreciating its rich cultural heritage.

He highlighted the strengthening educational ties between China and the UAE, emphasizing that initiatives like the "Hundred Schools Project" are encouraging more Emirati students to explore China while welcoming Chinese enterprises to the UAE, enhancing Sino-UAE friendship and cooperation.

The live competition featured categories for both primary and secondary school students, who demonstrated their Chinese language proficiency and cultural understanding through speeches, talent performances, and quizzes. The audience was enthralled by traditional Chinese elements such as clapper talk, martial arts, tea ceremonies, Peking Opera, tongue twisters, and idiom story presentations.
