Novotel & Ibis Hotel Project lies between two bridges of Abu Dhabi U.A.E., constructed by the consortium of POWERCHINA Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. and HAITIAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP, with a contract value of 147 million US dollars. This project started on Nov. 1, 2008, and was completed on Oct. 17, 2012.
The project is an international chain hotel, in which Novotel is a four-star hotel, while Ibis is a three-star one. The hotel operator is Accor Group, a French hotel management company. The total building area of the project is 60,816 m2, with building height of 88m. There are 23 floors above the ground, including 2 towers, 412 guest rooms, 104 sets of apartments, with hotel supporting catering, fitness, ball games, swimming pool and other facilities.
