Project description: a world-class facility, providing a combination of offshore fabrication, new shipbuilding, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services including Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC) capabilities and offshore fabrication.
The approximate area of the overall site is 4,500 meters by 2,500 meters.
Transportation Projects in MENA
1. Rabat Ring Expressway, Morocco
Project description: The mainline of the Rabat Ring Expressway Project is 41.08 km in length, with 4 lanes in both directions and 6/8 lanes in parts, and a road width of 34.5 meters, with asphalt concrete pavement.
2. Construction, Completion, and Maintenance of Roads, Intersection on The Existing Part of 7th Ring Road, Kuwait
Project description: The main work of the project includes the demolition of existing facilities on roads and bridges, the laying of municipal pipeline networks, road leveling, asphalt paving of road surfaces, and the erection of swing overpasses at intersections, traffic signs, signal installation, and other works.
3. Etihad Railway Stage 2 Package 2F2 Freight Facilities, UAE
Project description: There are 7 stations in this project, involving: excavation, road works, bridge works, water supply and drainage works, track works, building works, landscaping works, equipment and electrical works, etc.
4. Doha New International Airport, Airbus A380 Runway Pavement, Qatar
Project description: 2 runways length of 4.85 km and 4.25 km respectively, 3 parallel taxiways, 5 RCC parking apron, drainage system, lighting system, 4 collecting basins, and a kilometer-long two-way six-lane traffic tunnel.

1. Lusail Development: Marine, Earthworks, and Site Preparation, Qatar
Project description: Land reclamation, dredging, and site preparation of 35 km2, which includes four islands and construction of 7 km2 of infrastructure including road networks, wet utilities, dry utilities, landscaping, and street lightings for the Lusail Development in Qatar. Completed in 2009.
2. Lusail Development Project Primary Infrastructure Works Construction Package, Qatar
Project description: Qatar Lusail Project is the succession of the Lusail Development and Site Preparation Project which mainly involves road construction, drainage, cable, power supply, lighting, irrigation, and soft landscape.
3. Sabah Al-Ahmed City Project, Kuwait
Project description: Construction, completion, and maintenance of roads, car parks, services networks, and main infrastructure and border marking for 1,564 plots, 40 transformer stations (model 4), 8 stations (model 2) of neighborhood C at Sabah Al-Ahmed City Project of Kuwait.
4. 5A&5B Infrastructure Project, Kuwait
Project description: The main working scope of this project includes the ring road inside Kuwait University, the service facility, substation, irrigation tank, parking water fountain, and landscape. The main area is 2,531,287 square meters.

Building Construction Projects in MENA
1. Abu Dhabi Novotel and Ibis Hotel, UAE
Project description: The project includes 2 towers, 23 floors above ground and 4 underground floors. Total built-up area of 58,860 m2. The construction includes shoring, foundation treatment, piling, civil structure, MEP, AC and curtain walls, etc, completed in 2011.
2. Kahramaa Awareness Park Project, Qatar
Project description: With an overall floorage of 12.3 thousand m2, it is a large-scale landscape engineer with a special building shape and multiple curved structural surfaces.
3. College of Business & College for Women, Kuwait
Project description: The project covers an area of 67,000 square meters and a building area of 264,094 square meters. The construction includes the male and female campuses of the Business School and Women's College, as well as the mosque and other buildings.
