​Singapore, T227 -Construction of Marina South Station and Tunnels for Thomson- East Coast Line

Project T227 comprises the construction and completion of the Marina South Station. The project contains one underground station, one 770m bored tunnel and one 467m cut and cover tunnel. Total contract value is approximately 390.4millon US dollars. The project started on 25th July 2014 and completed on 30th December 2020.

Project T227 is undertaken by a JV partners, Sinohydro and Sembcorp, each company holds equivalent share of 50%, Sinohydro is the lead company . Singapore Land Transport Authority is the project owner. The project was awarded to the RoSPA Gold Award by The Royal Society in 2017.
