On Sept 25, the Hwange Power Station expansion project in Zimbabwe (2×335 MW), also known as the Hwange project, built by POWERCHINA, received an acceptance certificate for Unit 8 from the project's owner, meaning that both units of the Hwange project have officially begun commercial operations.
